Liz Haight teaches Milonguero Style close embrace tango for social dancing. She is assisted in her group classes by Bob Bern and/or Emma Simmons.

Beginning Tango for Social Dancing:
    We are turning our Beginning class into a Tango I & II for Social Dancing and moving it to Tuesday Evenings from 6:15-7:30 pm.

Tango I & II for Social Dancing:
New 4-week series beginning June 6 - July 11th on the following evenings (June 6,13,27, & July 11) Location: Two Moon Tango, 16 Camino Largo, Santa Fe, NM 87507
    Tuesdays, 6:15-7:30 pm. This will be a beautiful Summer sunset class here at Two Moon Tango. This is a 4-week series open to brand new dancers and those with more experience but still wanting to work on the basic building blocks. We will be focusing on the essential fundamentals of close embrace social dancing: Effective skills for leading and following, balance, posture, connection with partner, and simple figures for navigating on a social dance floor. $100/series. Carpool, if possible. Our parking is limited at this point due to road paving!

Close Embrace Tango III, Thursdays from 7-8:30 pm.
     This class held on Thursdays, 7 - 8:30 pm, is an on-going class designed for those already comfortable with close embrace dancing. We are focusing on intermediate/advanced level vocabulary with a concentration on partnering skills, creativity, relaxation, internal energetics, and increased connection with our partners. This class is about enriching and enlivening your dance from the inside out aimed for both followers and leaders. Emma Simmons is assisting. If you have not attended this class before, please call or text me to make sure that this is a good fit for you and the class. Liz at 505-699-0106. $25/class.

Private classes

I am offering private work over the Summer at flexible times. Private work is a great way to accelerate your progress. I work with all levels here in Santa Fe as well as with those coming from out of town for more intensive study periods. Call or text for info at 505-699-0106! Protocol: Our Milongas are held on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 7:30-10:30 pm (with the exception of February and June which are canceled).. Our new covid milonga protocol is Vax card required. Masking optional. (no more testing!). Carpool, if possible. Our parking is limited at this point due to road paving!

THE WONDERFUL VIRGINIA VASCONI RETURNS TO SANTA FE.
Virginia Vasconi will be back in Santa Fe this August. This time, we set up a Tango Intensive weekend with Virginia. Please enjoy three days of Tango lessons!

8/11 Friday - 8/13 Sunday
5 group classes
• 8/11 Fri. 6:45-8:15 Tango
• 8/12 Sat. 12-1:30 Tango, 1:45-3:15 Vals
• 8/13 Sun. 2-3:30 Tango, 3:45-5:15 Milonga
$150 if you sign up before 7/31. Otherwise $35 per class.
